Part 1: Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect and Process

We collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our Services.

• Website Contact & Support Data: If you contact AppsByLen LLC through our website, email, or another support method, we may collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message so that we can respond to you.
• App Usage & Technical Data: Sold Finder and the third-party services it uses may process limited technical information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, and similar technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the app.
• Barcode & Text Search Data: When you perform a barcode or text search, information such as a barcode, ISBN, item name, keyword, or search term is processed to provide the requested search results and market information.
• Photo Search Data: When you choose Photo Search, the photo you select or capture and information derived from that photo may be transmitted to service providers used by Sold Finder, including Google services, for image analysis and search processing. This processing helps identify the item and generate relevant search information and results.
• Local Search History: Sold Finder may save information about searches and results in the app's local history on your device so that you can return to previous searches. Local history may be removed when you clear applicable app data or uninstall the app.
• Anonymous App Authentication: Sold Finder may use anonymous authentication or similar technical identifiers in the background to provide features such as photo credits, purchase verification, abuse prevention, and other app functionality. This does not require you to create a traditional Sold Finder account.
• Optional Account Protection: Sold Finder may allow you to sign in with a supported account, such as a Google account, to help protect or restore eligible photo credits, Remove Ads status, purchases, or other app entitlements. If you choose this feature, limited account information and account identifiers supplied by the sign-in provider may be associated with your Sold Finder entitlements. AppsByLen LLC does not receive or store your Google account password.
• Photo Credits & Entitlement Data: Sold Finder may maintain information necessary to determine your available photo-search credits and app entitlements. This may include credit balances, credit grants, Remove Ads status, purchase verification information, and records needed to prevent a purchase or reward from being credited more than once.
• Google Play Purchase Information: Purchases made in Sold Finder, including Remove Ads and photo-credit purchases, are processed through Google Play. We may receive limited purchase and entitlement information from Google Play that is needed to verify and deliver your purchase. AppsByLen LLC does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
• Advertising Data: The free version of Sold Finder may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob or other approved advertising services. These services may process advertising identifiers, device information, and other information in accordance with their own privacy policies and your applicable advertising and consent settings.
• Rewarded Advertising: Sold Finder may allow you to voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for additional photo searches or other in-app benefits. Information necessary to verify that an eligible rewarded advertisement was completed may be processed to grant the corresponding reward and prevent duplicate or fraudulent grants.

2. How We Use Information

Information processed through our Services may be used to:

• Provide barcode, text, photo, and market-search functionality.
• Display sold and live marketplace results.
• Operate local search history and related app features.
• Maintain and restore eligible photo-credit balances and app entitlements.
• Verify Google Play purchases and deliver purchased features or credits.
• Verify and deliver optional rewarded-ad benefits.
• Provide optional account protection and recovery features.
• Display and manage advertising.
• Maintain security and help prevent fraud or abuse.
• Diagnose technical problems and improve app reliability.
• Respond to support requests, feedback, and questions.
• Comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.

3. Photo Search and Artificial Intelligence Services

Sold Finder's Photo Search feature may use third-party artificial intelligence and image-processing services, including Google services, to analyze a submitted photo and identify characteristics of the item shown in the image.

The photo and information generated from the photo may be transmitted to those services solely as necessary to perform the requested functionality. AppsByLen LLC does not use submitted photos to create advertising profiles about individual users.

AppsByLen LLC does not maintain a separate permanent library of photos submitted through Photo Search for advertising purposes. Third-party service providers may process or retain information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.

4. Account Protection, Sign-In & Deletion

You do not need to create a traditional Sold Finder account to perform ordinary searches.

Sold Finder may use anonymous authentication automatically to support app functionality. In addition, users may be offered an optional sign-in feature to help protect or recover eligible purchased photo credits, Remove Ads status, and other supported entitlements.

If you choose to sign in, we may use a limited account identifier to associate supported entitlements with your account. AppsByLen LLC does not ask for or store the password for your Google account or other supported sign-in provider.

After a verified deletion request, AppsByLen LLC will delete account-linked personal information associated with the Sold Finder account-protection feature that is no longer reasonably necessary to provide the service.

Certain limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

Information maintained independently by Google, Google Play, eBay, or another third-party service is governed by that provider's own policies and must be managed through that provider where applicable.

5. Purchases, Photo Credits, and Remove Ads

Sold Finder may offer one-time purchases or other paid features through Google Play, including photo-search credits and a Remove Ads option.

Google Play processes the financial transaction. AppsByLen LLC may receive purchase status, product information, transaction or purchase references, and other information necessary to verify the transaction and provide the purchased entitlement.

AppsByLen LLC does not receive or store your complete credit-card, debit-card, or other payment-card number.

Photo-credit balances, rewarded credits, Remove Ads status, and related entitlement information may be maintained through our backend services so that the app can provide, verify, protect, and where supported, restore those benefits.

6. Advertising

Sold Finder may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob.

Google and its advertising services may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network information where permitted, ad interactions, and other information in accordance with Google's privacy policies and the choices available through your device or Google account.

Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. If you choose to watch one, Sold Finder may verify completion of the advertisement before granting the associated photo-search reward.

7. eBay and Other Marketplace Services

Sold Finder may display or link to sold listings, live listings, and other information provided by eBay or other third-party marketplaces.

eBay may require you to sign in before displaying certain information. When this occurs, sign-in is handled on eBay's page. Sold Finder and AppsByLen LLC do not ask for or store your eBay password.

Information you provide directly to eBay or another marketplace is governed by that company's own privacy policy and terms.

Sold Finder and AppsByLen LLC are independent from eBay Inc. and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

Sold Finder relies on third-party services to provide portions of its functionality. Depending on the feature you use, these may include:

• Google Firebase for backend, authentication, security, and app services.
• Google AI services for photo-search and image-processing functionality.
• Google AdMob for advertising and rewarded advertisements.
• Google Play for application distribution, purchases, and billing.
• eBay and other marketplaces for market and listing information.

These companies process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Their practices are not controlled by AppsByLen LLC.

9. Data Protection, Storage & Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
• We may share or transmit information to service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, provide requested features, process purchases, provide advertising, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
• Website contact and support messages may be stored in administrative tools used by AppsByLen LLC and are used to respond to your inquiry and maintain appropriate support records.
• Account and entitlement information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate account protection, purchase verification, credit restoration, fraud prevention, and related app functionality.
• We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information under our control. However, no electronic system, network, or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Sensitive Information and Location

AppsByLen LLC does not intentionally request Social Security numbers, full financial-account credentials, or similar highly sensitive personal information through Sold Finder.

Sold Finder does not require precise real-time GPS location for its core search functionality.

11. Children's Privacy

Sold Finder is not directed to children under 13, and AppsByLen LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as appropriate.

12. Your Choices

• Choose whether to use optional account protection or sign-in.
• Choose whether to perform a photo search.
• Choose whether to watch a rewarded advertisement.
• Manage advertising and privacy settings through your device or Google account.
• Clear local app data or uninstall the app.
• Request deletion of account-linked Sold Finder information through our account deletion page.
• Contact us regarding account-linked or support information associated with you.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Sold Finder, our website, legal requirements, or our third-party services change. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Part 2: Terms of Service

1. Use of Services

Our mobile applications and website are provided for lawful personal, productivity, resale-research, and informational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, circumvent security features, or tamper with our applications except where expressly permitted by law.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, abusive traffic, or other methods intended to disrupt or place unreasonable demands on our website, application, backend services, advertising services, or third-party providers.
• Attempt to fraudulently obtain photo credits, rewarded-ad benefits, purchases, refunds, or other app entitlements.
• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

2. Purchases, Credits & Advertising

Certain Sold Finder features may require photo credits or may be offered as optional purchases through Google Play.

Prices and transaction terms displayed by Google Play are controlled by Google Play and may vary by country, currency, tax requirements, or other factors.

Photo credits and other in-app entitlements have no cash value and may be used only for the purposes provided within Sold Finder. Eligibility for refunds or purchase cancellation is subject to applicable law and Google Play policies.

Optional rewarded advertisements may provide additional photo searches or other stated benefits after successful completion and verification of an eligible advertisement.

3. Search Results & Marketplace Information

Sold Finder is a research tool. Prices, sold listings, live listings, item identification, artificial-intelligence results, and other market information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Search results are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of an item's identity, condition, value, authenticity, selling price, or future sales performance.

You are responsible for reviewing marketplace information and making your own buying, selling, pricing, and business decisions.

4. Third-Party Services & Independence

Sold Finder may interact with or display information from third-party services such as eBay, Google, and other marketplaces or technology providers.

AppsByLen LLC is an independent software developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. or any other third-party marketplace unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.

5. Availability and "As-Is" Service

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While we work to provide reliable functionality, AppsByLen LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continued availability of any third-party service, accuracy of search results, pricing accuracy, or particular sales or financial outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Original code, designs, logos, branding, graphics, and other original assets created by AppsByLen LLC for AppsByLen, Sold Finder, and our website are owned by AppsByLen LLC except where otherwise indicated. Third-party names, trademarks, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppsByLen LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services, including reliance on search results, marketplace information, artificial-intelligence output, third-party services, or interruptions in availability.

8. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services and may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
